BosuR Band Camp
A full body workout using the Bosu and resist bands! A fun class that will strengthen your core while also training your muscles.
A 45-minute class which may combine the BosuR Ball, Step, Jump Rope, Plyometric exercises and anything else it takes to get your heart rate elevated and keep it there.
A high- impact, high intensity, non-stop, non-contact 45-minute workout where you kick and punch your way to a gorgeous physique. Geared towards the more advanced exerciser but beginners feel free to step up to the challenge, just let the instructor know that you are new.
Cardio X-Train (Cross Train)
This class takes you though an intense workout where your heart pumps as the stressors change–low-impact, step, hi-impact, plyometrics, sports conditioning, and funk. Burn the calories, work the heart, and move with a groove. You get it ALL in 45 minutes!
Intense, Maximum, Power, and Conditioning Training Sculpt Express- A quick 30-minute workout targeting every large muscle group in your body. This class gets your heart rate up while incorporating a solid conditioning routine.
Enhanced classic mat through the use of many props including balls and bands for a total body workout with the emphasis on the core.
A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
A vigorous and dynamic. Physically & spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of many different yoga styles.
Tuesday Triple Play
Cycling, Cardio KB and Abdominal Conditioning for a well rounded workout add a 15 minute stretch at the end and your workout is complete. Cardio, Strength and Stretch = Triple Play!
Combines Yoga and Pilates to help strengthen your core and lower back with Pilates style exercises while you create flexibility and alignment through Yoga postures focusing on the breath. Benefits include stress reduction and overall flexibility.
