*BOOT CAMP& BOX:
An athletic based sculpting class incorporating weight training, calisthenics & basic boxing moves for an all over workout to tone and sculpt your muscles while burning calories. GLOVES REQUIRED.
CARDIO CIRCUIT RECHARGE:
Rev up your workout with this FUN circuit class that takes place in the aerobic studio. Go through at least 15 timed circuits packed with strength training and high cardio exercises.
*CARDIO KICK FUSION:
Time will fly in this dynamic class combining kickboxing with an ever changing mix of rebounding, bands, weight training and more! This new energetic class focuses on burning fat through low impact, high intensity exercises. ALWAYS a new class!
CARDIO-SCULPT BOOT CAMP:
Basic military style training and drills to elevate heart rate and build lean muscle.
*CONTACT KICKBOXING:
Similar to the cardio kickboxing class, utilizing a heavy bag. Gloves required. Try this FUN class to burn calories and sculpt your muscles at the same time!
CORE STRETCH FUSION:
30 minute class to help you gain flexibility and body alignment, reduce the risk of injury and help prevent muscle soreness. Class also focuses on breathing, relaxation, and the relationship between mind and body.
MMA BOOT CAMP:
CHALLENGING & DYNAMIC class integrating weight training, cardio, plyometrics, martial arts and power yoga into a fun filled and challenging hour.
POWER CYCLE:
Cycle class set to music with varied intensity of resistance and speed. All levels welcome. Water bottle is recommended.
*POWER SCULPT/ SUNRISE SCULPT:
A full body sculpting class focusing on individual muscle groups using optional hand weights, bands and body bars.
RESTORATIVE YOGA:
Gentle yoga for beginners. Enjoy basic stretching and slow meditative movement. Find the mind body connection as well as proper body alignment. This class is perfect for beginners or those with injuries, or even for those who would like a simple meditative hour.
VINYASA YOGA:
Using breath to flow through a sequence of yoga poses. This class is intended to challenge your mind and body and promote strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
YOGILATES:
A diversified mix of Hatha-Yoga and Mat Pilates. Promote flexibility, develop strength, tone your abs, and find inner peace in a warm relaxed atmosphere.
*ZUMBA:
This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principle that a workout should be FUN AND EASY TO DO. Burn calories and learn some great moves!
